Very reliable

The team was patient and kept the ticket open while I did some more testing. I determined that it was my hardware that was the issues. Thanks for being there though. I will be in contact. I want to make sure scans are at my designated times, not on Malwarebytes sked. I do work that an impromptu scan could disrupt.

I have Malwarebytes Premium, VPN and Browser Guard and don't have any trouble with the problems they guard against. Malwarebytes Premium checks that all is ok by carrying out regular scans and lets me know that all is OK. The VPN alerts me if, for any reason (e.g. restarting my laptop) it needs resetting. If I do need assistance (rarely), Malwarebytes is very helpful.

Malwarebytes is a very good product. I do find it somewhat difficult to get assistance when needed. Wish it was easier to get in touch with someone .
