Excellent, headphones were shipped and arrived very quickly. They are great headphones and I'm looking forward to using them for many years - Hopefully.

Great customer service and delivery

It's ashame that jaybird customer service is not the benchmark for everyone to strive for. I've only had to talk to them twice on separate equipment but both times as been so amazing
