Arrived safe and relatively fast.

The first pair I received had a faulty Bluetooth issue. The customer service team was extremely helpful and once I put the pair in the mail to return, kay it’s sent me a new pair that I use religiously. I have use all of the other Jaybird products and the vista are by far my favorite wireless earbud!
