I have decided to buy Vista 2 after reviewing some articles on the internet so be a honest never talked with someone who experienced it before. Package, case, style of earbuds and of course sound quality everything worth it cost. For me most important thing is that after you put them in your ear you are not worry about that they are going to fall while you are running or biking etc. Vista exactly gives you that confidence and you almost dont feel them while wearing.I can strongly suggest to everyone who can afford to buy them.

My expedited shipping was delayed by FedEx (what's new those guys SUCK). I talked with a very friendly, super helpful agent Lucas who listened patiently to my problem and offered refund for the shipping fee without me even requesting it. I was absolutely floored by that since I had expected to be turned down. He provided me FedEx tracking number because FedEx being as incompetent and useless as it is didn't give me ANY information. I was going with word of mouth recommendation and I have already recommended this great product to others. Lucas' excellent customer service resulted in me being an extremely satisfied customer. Shipping was only $15 USD yet the mere gesture of immediately easing my aggravation was very welcoming and his communication skills made me feel like a valued customer rather than a number.
