I had purchased thisnpop socket and for some reason the sticky film was defective and wouldn't stick after a week or two. I had purchased previous sockets and experienced top notch products....so I contacted the customer service and they sent me a new socket, and of course this one has remained stuck to my phone w/out difficulties! I'm so impressed with how nice and efficient their CS team is! Thank you Pop Socket!
