I bought a popsocket a month ago and had it on my otterbox and never took it off. I switched phone and tired to put it on my new phone and it wouldn’t stick so I did the water and air dry and it still would not work. So I bought a new one it stick but is always coming up. To the point where I almost dropped my phone. I’m very disappointed in the product even tho I love popsockets. I just can’t risk dropping my phone. Is there anything you guys can do for me I’ve already bought 20+ dollars in products.

pop socket didn't have grip and my phone fell and broke! now i have a broken phone. suing is in consideration
