It wasn't clear on the website that there's a 1mm tolerance on the printing. I'd my company logo printed on the minis and despite spending time ensuring that it wasn't up against the edge, it's been printed right against the edge so the logo looks wonky. I contacted you and your representative said I could get a refund if I sent them back to you. I don't have the time to be faffing around packaging and sending your products back to you. It's a shame, it good be a funky promotional item but I'm not very impressed.

It's been almost a month and still hasn't arrived

Didn’t receive a replacement, I got a defected pop socket... really am disappointed with the customer service...

I bought my first pop socket about a year and a half ago. It was great. No problems. A few weeks ago I bought one for my new phone case. It doesn’t stay on. Keep coming off. I try to call customer Sr I was and you don’t have a phone number. So all these emails back and forth. Soooo frustrating!!! Asking me to take a picture of it on my case! How would I do that when my camera is on my phone??! All I asked for was a replacement. I will NEVER buy another pop socket!!

Ordered a case and pop socket over a month ago. Ordered shipped but never got to my house. Eventually asked for a refund. Still haven’t even got the refund yet.
