It took me multiple tries to get my order placed on the online website (for a wireless charger). I finally got it just in time for a discounted promotion and received an email saying my order went through. Then after almost 2 weeks I emailed them to say I hadn't received any further notification. They emailed me back and said they were sorry, there was some type of glitch on the factory end and I would have to reorder. So I tried again and was unable to get an order processed (kept giving me a vague error of timing out) AND I missed the promotional discount. Very frustrating. I gave up.

Fell off after 5 min. Yes, I placed on correctly - on a clean and disinfected Otterbox case. At least the one I had previously lasted 3 months; this one lasted 5 min. Otterbox customer service wanted like 8 pictures from me. Just refund me, honestly.

I bought the symmetry case with the built-in pop socket and was so excited because it said on the package that it would work with wireless charging. Unfortunately it did not.I love pop sockets perhaps I’ll be able to use one again in the future.

I only gave one star because there was no choice for zero stars.
