What a total racket. I bought mine off of Amazon and it stopped sticking to my phone within a week. Instead of simply sending a new adhesive disk, they claimed that the seller wasn't legit so they can't do anything, even though when I went to return through Amazon, Amazon requires to go directly through the manufacturer.

No resolution. Product was faulty, however provided me with an opportunity to explore other similar products. One of which I Purchased.

There is more adhesive left on the original one that I am trying to replace than the new one. I don't even know what this means. "picture of the top button and top of the platform ". I have no idea how to take a picture and add it here, and I don't know what the platform is.

The Otter + Pop that I purchased dropped in price two days after I placed my order. I can return and repurchase the item to save $15 which is a complete waste of resources especially amid the current global health crisis. But your "policy" says nothing can be done. So I am no longer a PopSockets fan.

I initially attempted to cancel my order because after placing my order two hours later the top of my pop socket had a piece that chipped off the bottom. When I attempted to cancel my order two hours later, customer service told me they could not cancel because it was after 60 mins, that’s ridiculous! On the next business day I spoke to someone in customer service on the phone rather than email explaining that when I placed my order it was already after hours for them so to cancel the order at the second hour shouldn’t have been the issue, after that explanation they refunded my order and it’s a good thing they did because when I got the pop sockets I ordered one of them was damaged at the top, the design was flaked off and had a huge glue smudge. Again terrible quality. What happened to Q&A, I know someone saw that before they sent it out. SUPER DISAPPOINTING...
