Initial communication was amazing, however, representative misread my email. I was asked where I purchased the PopSocket, and to be as detailed as possible I provided the address. I was then informed a replacement was being sent, and realizing I had never given a home address, I knew it was being sent to the BestBuy where I purchased it (where I cannot travel to due to the coronavirus). I immediately followed up and stated what my address is, but was never responded to. The next day I received an email that the PopGrip replacement was being sent to the address of the BestBuy. I have submitted another ticket.

Love the product but have only had it on phone for less than 3 months and the adhesive is not holding. Sent in a complaint but you want me to jump through a bunch of hoops. Would look for a different brand.

I did not have a pleasant time ordering from your website due to my package getting lost. It’s been over two weeks since my package was supposed to get delivered and now I have to wait until Monday to get my order.
