Not happy that I had to re buy the American flag one cause something went wrong with the system

Before I ordered I asked customer service if popsockets work as a vertical kickstand and they said yes and didn't mention any conditions. It arrived and it wonldn't hold my phone up. So I messaged them again and was told it would only work on smaller phones. I do have a pretty large phone so I understood although I didn't understand why customer service didn't tell me this before I ordered. I then tested it on another phone which is pretty small for a smartphone and it still didn't hold up so I can't really see it working as a vertical kickstand on most phones if any. If you want it to give you a better grip on your phone then it works great and I do realize that is the main purpose for it. The reason I'm frustrated isn't even that it won't work the way I was hoping but that I was told it would before I purchased it.

Customer rep was attentive to all my emails No problem! I was impressed ! When I got my replaced item : it was defective ... I guess pop socket gives out slight defective items for replacement.

Customer service and exchanges and returns not user friendly. No website for ease of ordering

I have one popsocket and it works great!! I also have another one that slide off my phone one day and had no sticking left.
