I contacted PopSockets about a PopPower unit that I had only had for 2-3 weeks and had never performed as advertised. I was told initially that I should return the unit after receipt of a prepaid shipping label, but the label did not print correctly so I had to let them know of a delay in the return. Customer Service (Fernando) ended up refunding my original order. I placed a new order and it arrived very quickly. The replacement unit works great with my initial testing; it works as advertised, unlike the first unit. Subsequently I was able to get the label to print and I have shipped the defective unit back to PopSockets. The entire process only took about 5 days, which was a relief. Thanks, Fernando, for helping to expedite a refund prior to receipt of the defective unit. It is on its way back to you.
