The main reason I got the Journey was to play my vinyl copy of my own music without dedicating a space to a turntable. While the record plays fine on my previous turntable, it skips horribly on the Journey. Other records seem to play fine on the Journey, except for the speed not being consistent. But it is useless for the main thing I bought it for.

The customer service is great. They’ve replaced the record player three times now. It’s just unfortunate that the record player has needed to be replaced that many times in 1 year. I don’t have high hopes for this one and I’m out of the warranty period so I guess we’ll see what happens!

The record player is great! However, it falls short surrounding the speaker system. The speakers are echoey and could be of better quality for a higher satisfaction rate.
