Customer service is excellent. I made two calls for technical assistance due to problems connecting my Sonos speakers. They kept disconnecting from the system. After the second call, the agent determined that replacing the turntable was required. I was sent a pre-paid shipping label and once I dropped the unit at UPS, the agent immediately shipped me a new unit. Unbelievable customer service!!

Above and beyond response from the customer service agent. She certainly surpassed my expectation.
