I have had good service with victrola, just poor quality albums.

My Victrola broke after about three months. I contacted the company and they mailed me out a new one right away for free. Very happy with their prompt customer service.

Awesome!! I had a recall and contacted Victrola due to the recall! They messaged right back with instructions. I followed those instructions and they had shipped my new nicer unit out at no charge same day!! Customer service does not get any better than this! Such smooth customer service and so organized and fast! You just do not see such great customer service like this anymore! FANTASTIC!! I am so impressed. Already have my new unit and love it! Thank you so much!!

We had some issues with our unit, but Victrola was quick to address and remedy and we are very satisfied with the end result!
