I was very happing with the ordering and shipping. I reviewed a lot of record players before ordering the one I did. Ordering was so easy and it arrived on time. I was able to track the shipping process through Victrola and UPS. It was packed in a heavy box with the product pictures notes on the outside, which I would have preferred a blank box but it did the job. Inside the shipping box was another box with styrofoam padding. Everything was nicely protected.
