Fantom's customer support needs to

Fantom's customer support needs to do a better job because I have received NO response to the 4 "contact us" queries I have submitted as part of my recent purchase of an 8TB GForce3 Pro drive. In the past, I have had excellent response by Fantom customer service and would have given a rating of "5" but due the current lack of response to my questions via "contact us", I have reduced my rating to "2". Fantom makes good external drives--I own 4 other GForce3 Pro drives and have recommended Fantom to others but I'm disappointed with Fantom's poor customer service. Below is the review I submitted: I really like Fantom drives. I have purchased 4 GForce3 Pro drives over the past couple of years and have been quite happy with them; however, my experience with my latest purchase of a GForce3 Pro 8TB has not been good and I have reduced my rating score to "2" rather than the "5" stars I would have assigned because of the extremely poor response I have received from customer support. While I received an email confirming my 8TB purchase, I never received a shipping notice. I used Fantom's "contact us" asking for a status on my order and never received a reply. The drive did finally arrive. When I unpacked it and set it up for testing, I had problems with the drive that I'd never had with the 1TB and 3TB GForce3 Pro drives I'd purchased before. It appeared to be a problem with the enclosed USB cable. Again, using Fantom's "contact us", I outlined the issues I was seeing and asked if a new USB cable could be sent. I have not received a response. The "documentation" booklet is really quite useless and very uninformative. I was finally able to get the 8TB GForce3 Pro drive up and working on my system using a USB cable from one of my other GForce3 Pro drives and plugging the USB cable into a USB port on the back of my pc case (rather than either the front-of-the-case port or the hub I'd tried before). I'm disappointed with Fantom because my past experience with Fantom's customer support was excellent as customer service was quick to respond to my query. You guys need to do better.

Customer service was not great.

Customer service was not great. Keep your coupon, I won't be ordering from FD again anytime soon.
