I sketch, take notes, track finances and read books in PDF format. Organizing everything into folders then notebooks then documents is perfect for me. Reading books is fine if you don't want to take notes outside of the PDF. Unfortunately, there is no way to copy and paste a paragraph from a PDF for note taking outside of the file. There is the option to use layers and take notes in the PDF. My issue - I would have to go through the 4000 page PDF to find my notes. It would be much easier to have my notes consolidated into a notebook organized under a topic folder. The other problem with PDFs has to do with jumping to different pages.
