I gave this to my grandson, as college student, and he really uses it constantly.

I gave two of these as gifts and the two people both love reMarkable. My daughter (professor) is in love with it and has told several colleagues and they have gotten one as well. She uses it for research for a book, but now uses it almost exclusively for any notes. The second one was given to a college student and he loves it as well

This is a great device, I've had for a long time now and it's so useful for what i use it for. I build things so i need to make notes even if it's just mapping out my thoughts. I would probably not need some pages ever again but it means i dont have scrap paper everywhere. For me that's big because i do other things like write music, i had to create my own template but its good. You should be able to create your own templates which load up when you create a document, bit they can add this in updates that's the best thing. I am a particular person and i was worried about response time so i did a lot of research before buying and the response time is impeccable. Everyone who sees me with this wants one.

As the title suggests mainly handwritten,why because it helps me remember information and it is more personal,am I anti tech definitely not love my gadgets to bits , this is special because it combines both eg all my notes for all projects whether it be business or personal all in one place , ideal for taking notes at meetings etc.also like the stylus because it follows the KISS principle keep it simple stupid no batteries or electronic gadgetry to go wrong. From a personal point of view just have to work out how to load templates ie need a music one half sheet staves half for writing but I shall get there many thanks for a great product
