My items were purchased directly through GL iNet web site. They could have been purchased through Amazon at a significantly reduced price. Only brought to my attention by a customer of mine to which I had to refund the difference. Emailed GL iNet who basically said sorry but bad luck. We can offer $10 voucher off your next order. What is the point when I can purchase the product through Amazon and save at least $80 per item.

I don't recommend the router until they fix their software.

I have to pay additional 40 Euros tax! And its not possible so add a wifi module with 5Ghz... THe description was worse! I`m frustrated

Shipping was atrocious. FedEX let you down and is the reason for 1 star. I would recommend partnering with a new courier company. FedEX would be a reason I wouldn’t purchase another of your products. Disappointing because you make good products.

One star because of the delivery issues with inconsistent information and for making me pick up parcel to the Airport warehouse (12 km) away from my location. In logistics the last KM is critical for a good customer experience.
