product arrived quickly and works fine overall satisfied however what I did not like was the email received after the order was placed and paid that the router would come from China and I would have to pay taxes and import duties. This should have been made clear before making the order and not in a e-mail after the order was placed this soured what would have been an otherwise good experience and a 5 star review.

I have submitted a support request with no response. This is poor service

would love to get a heads up that I will be paying the importing fees. Not get a shock that I need to pay these fees that are more expensive than the product itself by the mail man. Other companies absorb these costs which sets up the product for success. I got a bad first experience due to this. The product is good, the communication by your team is not.
