I’ve addressed an issue with my product and only got one reply with follow up questions, after answering them, I didn’t hear back from Polar Pro

How long were you going to hold my funds when you discontinued the product is the real question.

Received lens that did not work. Returned it right away and never received money back. Customer service told me that maybe fedex lost my order and now I need to ask fedex to pay me back
