Haven’t got it yet
I haven’t received my product yet. I wasn’t able to see my order under the edit/ cancel your order link. That link states my order can’t be found.
I was able to get into my order and it still says unfulfilled.
I emailed and the person that got back to me stated that my order was indeed there and the next batch of product would be going out 1/15/25. I emailed back 1/17/25 stating that my status still says unfulfilled and no updates have been given I also asked if they could merge my two accounts ( as I didn’t realize I had a previous one from last year when I bought the previous case). I have yet to get a response back as of 1/19/25.
I will be happy to give a review once I get my case or am able to cancel the order since it seems to be stuck. There doesn’t seem to be a way to cancel it though, so I wait. I did preorder it because I loved the previous case so much. That was when it said it would ship out 12/17/24. I got an email saying it would be a bit longer and would ship out around 12/27/24. Still nothing and no updates other than the one email.
If someone could respond to my second email or this with some help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
