Polar Pro needs to make a 55mm thread VND Filter with Polarization

I HAVENT RECEIVED MY EXCHANGE. I DID THE INSTANT EXCHANGE AND MY REPLACEMENT HAS NIT BEEN SENT OUT.

I purchased the ‘set’ for a Leica Q3. Two things I like and two things I don’t. I like the thumb grip and the shutter button. Clean, easy install and overall good quality. The thumb grip slightly takes over the favorite buttons on the camera - I don’t use them often so not a huge deal but the tolerancing is a bit off (in my opinion). Two things I don’t like: The set screw for the grip seemed like it was slightly out of tolerance and had to be screwed into my Q3 with more force than I thought it should take. I’m glad they include two screws because I threaded the first one. The Mag clip is just inconvenient to use. When making adjustments to the lens while shooting, the cover is in the way. The biggest bummer is that I contacted customer service trying to return one of the pieces from the set (the mag clip) and they won’t accept a return unless I send back the whole set. Seems like if you can sell each individual component, certainly you can find a way to prorate a return for one piece from a set. Overall, I was not impressed with their customer service and the quality is decent at best. There are better options out there for accessories.

I’d love enjoying shooting with my cine gold filter but you’re selling stuff that are not even produced!! So I’m still waiting… That’s a bit frustrating.

Ordered the shortstache filter for my 28-70 f2. Delivery kept getting delayed over and over again with a new date. Not a great customer experience.
