Had to return 2 Helix filters since the magnets weren’t aligned right on one and the other was really hard to remove. Exchanged no problem. My only concern is I have had emails to customer service go missing with no reply for upwards of a week. Sometimes they’re super fast but sometimes not. Would be nice if it were consistent. That room for improvement aside, I’m very happy with the gear and the customer service!

Recently purchased gold mist and black mist screw in filters. Both filters are well made and come in a nice protective case . I have shot a few pics with both just to get a feel for the filters and I am pleased with my purchases. The price is reasonable and they have performed as advertised so far. I am eager to test the full range of what these filters can do in the near future.

Nice filter

The product is fine and is as advertised. PolarPro's shipping. . . . Sucks. If I could give negative stars I would. Once I ordered my filter I received my shipment notification within the day along with a tracking number. At which point my order sat for more than a week in "pre-shipment" status. Once it actually shipped it arrived in 2 days. It took a total of 10days to arrive which was significantly longer than the 4-7 days I was quoted. Even then 4-7days is a ridiculous shipping estimate to go from CA to CO.

I just received the Helix Mag/Lock System 2-5 ND PL filter. It was challenging to figure out what to order, and I think the website could be made easier to navigate. The quality of the product looks good, but the filter system is quite heavy. Additionally, adjusting the polarizer filter is not easy; it feels stiff and thin, which often causes the ND filters to turn as well.
