Only company out there, far as I am concerned. They make very, very good products. Only their software updates are fatal. Buy the accessory, plug in the usb communicator, and leave it alone. Logitech won't answer the questions, and I think the update comes from someone wanting to cause problems, or a disgruntled buyer who wants revenge?
