While I was responsible for ordering the wrong cable (2. 5mm instead of the 3. 5mm cable), the support I got from APOS's staff is greatly appreciated. My only regret is the time it took to get them from China.

The Gremlin sounds very clean which is impressive considering its price.

Got these open boxes and the next day amazon official put a sale on for less than what I paid, they offered to return, replace and price match with Amazon but I was more than happy to do a price match on an open boxes item that was essentially brand new anyways. Thanks apos

Shipping was from China which I did not expect however tracking was excellent and it arived in perfect condition.
