Great service relacing an defective part.

Apos service is great! Incredibly friendly and accomodating to help me return amps and a DAC that were coming close to the end of the return period, and facilitated the exchange for a much higher end DAC. Would definitely order from again without hestitation!

I have only made two purchases from Apos but both experience were great. There were some processing problems on the website for my second order. However, I worked with a support representative (don't know their name) but they worked hard to resolve the issue and my Fiio K17 was quickly shipped and delivered. Thank you Apos.

While there was a small delay which I'm sure was from the tariffs screw up they still arrived in a reasonable amount of time thanks to customer support for jumping in when I notified them.
