Happy overall.

Ray tubes for my preamp are excellent!

The Merlin Headphone amp arrived in secure packaging within the timeframe specified. Having used the product for a couple of weeks I am totally satisfied that product meets specifications as described and I will be ordering additional products in the future. . .

Everything arrived as per shown on their website. Delivery and shipping on the item was prompt . Would definitely recommend purchasing from Apos !

Good product, great service, a company that really cares about your experience of music.
