Apos

International support during unsociable hours - cannot fault that kind of dedication 👍

I haven't had to utilize customer service but I will purchase from Apos again!

Absolutely amazing product for the money. Bought the Gremlin amp with regular tubes and the R2R Druid DAC. after a few minutes of listening I thought to myself I have to write an email to Apos thanking and praising them for making these two products. on my Sennheiser 800s they BLEW ME AWAY instantly (waited without listening for 6 hours as per the manual to allow them to burn in). absolute delight. for this price what we are getting is bonkers. might look into the select tubes down the line. On the way I have a pair of Burson v5i-D and ss3602 op amps and have some op1656s as well. haven't even tried rolling any yet in the Druid- I want to get used to the stock sound first. I would give both the Gremlin and Druid a 6/5 rating if I could. . ,. .

This was my first purchase from Apos. The original unit I received had a defective display panel. The Apos folks were very helpful with the return process (providing a return label) and although it delayed my pleasure in using the unit, processed the return quickly. The new unit arrived and is now getting a healthy workout in my system. Cheers to the Apos folks for making the purchase and return process painless. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to buying from them again some time soon.
