I dealt twice with the customer support. I both cases, it was very fast, efficient and understanding.

It was time to replace the 12AU7 tubes in my Rogue Audio Sphinx, and I went with Ray Select. Tubes arrived in good shape, smoothed out the sound quite a bit, very pleased with service and product.
