Apos support is very good at explaining any issues you may have when ordering a product. Response times are very quick! Support has been polite!

Apos was the only Retailer that offered free shipping for the SMSL SU-2 that I ordered. Since the SU-2 was shipped from China, Apos provided their own Courier Service and Tracking all the way to my Home. It does not get any better than that.

The Flow cable for my Sennheiser 650s far exceeds my expectations. The cable is supple, drapes easily, virtually no microphonics and feels elegant. This is my first balanced cable and it is a noticeable improvement over the OEM cable. The floor is significantly lower, making the quiet passages even more engaging. I’m very impressed with the construction and performance of this cable, a very worthwhile upgrade and well worth the money.
