You want me to review something I haven't received yet!

I ordered this item based off the images on the company’s webpage. I received I totally different looking item. When I called to advise CS of this they simply said that I would have to return the item and pay for shipping myself, if I was not happy with the new version of the product. Can you say misleading?! Online shoppers totally rely on online images. I will not be purchasing from STM ever again.

Bright lights that stay on when any device is charging, which make it unsuitable for nightstand use. Also, the Apple Watch charger only charges at 20% the speed of the stock charger, yet somehow gets the watch hotter. I had purchased a few products from the STM site before. Always satisfied. When my laptop case arrived it was not the correct size. The site makes it incredibly difficult to contact customer service. There is no number, or direct email. I filled out the request from the site multiple times and finally received a confirmation my issues was received. Then I did not get any follow up. Based on this experience, I will never use this site again. It is best to go through a trusted vendor like the Apple store or Target.

The strap broke within 2 months. I reported it three times but never heard back.
