I have a previous model of this case. I love it and of course that prompted this purchase when I updated my iPad with a new version. However the magnet has been changed in this version and doesn’t do its job. The magnet that should hold the case open and in a slanted viewing position slips off. The case and iPad are to heavy and the magnet doesn’t hold. The case is virtually useless in propping up the iPad for viewing hands free. Very dissatisfied with the new model.

Product didn’t match expectations . Advertised description was different to and unacceptable . Found your product description to be misrepresented. Would ZNEVER buy from you again.

Ipad keeps turning on in my bag over night due to the magnetic auto on/off function. Ipad then has a flat battery when I come to use it the next day.

Fast shipping. Unfortunately the screen protector broke when I tried to get it out of the packaging which was so tight it wouldn’t come apart. I didn’t see anything saying not to bend it.. :( it’s too expensive to order another one.

I'm sorry to say it took a number of transactions including return of incorrect items to finally get correct product. Staff were not familiar with their own products. Even argued with me that I had correct product until they researched code and realized they were wrong. At least I got an apology. Finally correct ipad cover was sent out along wth the promise of a back pack for the inconveinence which never happened, but at least after 4 incorrect covers daughter finally got the rigjt one. Sorry to say that as a result will never deal wth or recommend STM to any family or friends.
