Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The iPad case I'd ordered was not as described on the website. When I'd asked to arrange a return by email, the emails were pleasant and I was sent a parcel label to download for the return, but the label had someone else's name and address on it from another State! I sent an email back to inform them that this was not my Return label. No response. I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to get through on the phone, but there was no answer. Websites and email addresses are confusing between the stmgoods and stmbrands, I wasn't sure if I had a genuine connection to the company. Finally got through by phone today but was told to email them back with the details. My name and order number were not asked for. Again, I'll have to try to connect by email. Not very happy with this process at all.
