Exceptional customer service. Yes, actually had the call answered by a real human who was welcoming, joyful, and very knowledgable about the products without having to be transferred to several other extensions. This experienced exceeded well beyond my expectations. I have rarely given any reviews or feedbacks because, "if you can't say something positive, don't say anything at all"... The multiple products were shipped on or before the promised delivery date. All the products are dope and are as advertised on their radically cool website. They are the only company that I have found that is providing real to life protection products for the new Apple Ultra.
