Batteries overheated while using it in the 10/11th month after I bought my pair of Rome. Luckily I contacted urbanista and they guided me through the process of getting a new pair of the same headphones. I simply love the battery lifetime of these and that they handel to be outside in moist whether. It's sadly a bit low quality of the handsfree sounds (microphone) but for music it's perfect 👌
