Save yourself a head-ache, pay the extra money and buy the branded earbuds from Apple, Samsung etc. The earbuds are so lightweight they don't sit well in your ears and is prone to falling out by the slightest touch or accidental shrub, feels generally poorly built. The left bud fell out of my ear on day 2 and the entire thing came apart. With a minimal addition of superglue, they now feel somewhat more sturdy and robust but for £90 this is a bit of a joke. Weirdly, this has had a positive impact on the sound quality. Wouldn't you think this was looked into by Urbanista? The design of the earbud could be worse though they are unusually large and I've got to literally push them into my ears to 1) get a decent sound and 2) have any hope of them not falling out. After paying £90 and waiting 12 days to receive the item I can safely say I will not be recommending any of these any time soon. Overall no difference to a shitty £30 pair I bought off Amazon a few months ago. But eh, c'est la vie?

I wrote an email regarding my order but never received any reply until one day when my order appeared at my doorstep without a notice until right then. Some information regarding the transport and delivery would have been nice.

It has been two weeks since my order was submitted and I still haven’t received any updates on my shipment. I submitted a request to customer service and have yet to hear back.
