This is a fantastic, though very expensive, solution to an annoyance (it can't even really be considered a 'problem') I had -- hauling our two 5-gallon buckets of drippy compost to the collection bin a couple of miles away. I am lucky to be in a position to spend this much money on saving my nose from the gross smells of that job, and truly I LOVE our Mill. It has a much smaller footprint than I expected and fits perfectly in a little corner in our kitchen. It's very quiet, even when it has to finish running in the morning. Since we received it and set it up at the end of June, we've processed 175lb of food scraps (!), and we have to empty the bin about once every week-and-a-half, which is considerably more than I expected but still a better/less disgusting job than dealing with raw food scraps. If anything, I wish it had a slightly bigger receptacle. Otherwise, I'm glad we purchased and I hope it lasts 20+ years!

The BEST customer service. So helpful, responsive, and kind. It's rarer to find good customer responses these days and Mill is truly setting the standard from what I want from a good company. Well worth the investment!
