Took awhile to get, had to write to get update on when it would arrive, but it eventually arrived, no problem.

Five stars could be achieved if the lid opened 90 degrees when I pushed the foot pedal and the click to lock the lid was quieter. Otherwise so much better in every way than our countertop cuisinart. Only have to empty once a week or less (instead of daily) and an app that tells us quickly what can and can't be added. Which is also many more things (chicken bones, pineapple) than the old cuisinart.

It was a long wait for the pre order to be fulfilled but worth it.

I love it but it is a tad bit pricey. It works great. I'm happy to help the earth.

I love the thought of this machine. My chickens love the grounds, but my bin broke and I am not sure it will be replaced.
