It is a great device. Where life is full, this takes away some complications.

Only one complant. I sent an email about what to do when I go on vacation and never got a reply. Should I empty it? Unplug it?

Arrived fast and was packaged really well.

Love the Mill. Makes disposing of food waste so easy. Customer Service is good, but it's all through email correspondence and that can be a pain. If they'd offer text responses to existing clients, it would be a huge improvement. Product is excellent.

Even though Im on my 3rd version of the Mill, my experience with the newest version has been excellent since I received it.
