I know that a lot of big companies can present a challenge for customers because reaching a customer service might feel like jumping through hoops and having situations go unresolved. Mill is absolutely a stand out in the category of customer service! The several experiences I have had where I’ve needed to reach out were handled quickly and to more than my satisfaction. The representatives always made sure that the resolution reached was executed in as little time as possible and with as little difficulty to me through scheduled pick ups and account credits. I would (and do) recommend mill to everyone that I know!

We have had the Mill for over a month now and the reduction of food waste is incredible! We would have filled 3 buckets without the mill. It is super easy to dump out when full. It looks like soil when it has completed the cycle.

I love the Mill. I own every kitchen gadget they make and this is by far my favorite thing in our house. The kids even love it and after dinner have to put any food scraps in it.
