Prices for food have gone up and we try to be resourceful as possible, using every bit we can and what we can’t, Mill takes care of it so we can put it back into our all organic garden soil to feed the plants we grow for our own food and for the bees, butterflies and birds that visit.

This machine is a great addition to the kitchen! It takes a wide variety of kitchen scraps, and like magic, turns it into dry dirt! No mold or smells which is great, and relatively quiet. The runs can be a bit long, but I appreciate you can schedule in the middle of the night. Love that you can send the grounds back - the process is very easy!

I heard about Mill on the podcast Everybody in the Pool and immediately ordered one. They thought of everything: no stink, seamless process for returning food grounds, quiet, energy efficient, everything. Normally I refuse to enter into subscriptions over outright purchases of products, but this is the one case where it makes perfect sense to have the subscription model. Also, the tech support and customer service is excellent. We tell people about it whenever we get a chance.

The Mill has performed beyond expectations. The Mill processes tough food scraps to a surprisingly small amount of compost. The Mill has reduced the total waste volume and the cycle time it takes to process our household compostable waste. Clearly the Mill will reduce the total cycle time to process food waste and keep it out of the landfill. We are absolutely impressed. We love the Mill and we’re grateful to have it!
