We haven’t had any service problems. We use the Mill daily and have had no problems.

I received my Mill within two weeks of ordering. Product lives up to the description prefectly.

Terrific addition to my home!

The Mill is heavy, but once you have it in place, it’s clean, tidy, and blends in. It’s not very loud, except the sound it make when it locks. But as it runs, it’s just a low hum. We’ve had it for over two months now and have only emptied it once in a two-person home with lots of food scraps.
