Easy to install easy to use, great product so far

The Mill has profoundly changed my relationship with the food system. It helps me to quantify waste, helps to amend soils around my house, and helps me greatly reduce my reliance on traditional waste streams. Between it and Ridwell, I have gone from taking my trash out once or twice a day to once or twice a week. Where my trash can used to be overflowing and extremely stinky with rotting food waste, it is now only things that can’t be processed in the mill (basically mammal bones). Also, the service at Mill is amazing. I had an issue with the heating/drying system tha I narrowed down to a loose screw. They sent me a replacement and refurbished my old one in the factory, rather than making me fiddle with it and try to fix it myself.
