I thought the shipping was very fast. Haven’t had to use customer service yet because it works so well.

The best purchase I've ever made! I totally do not regret this purchase. We've been trying to compost and have had such a huge problem with fruit flies coming back over and over again because I just could not get the veggie scraps out every night. It used to stress me out so much, but now it's not an issue; it's a weight off of my shoulders and into my hands instead. It's quite expensive and it's heavy, not gonna lie, but it is totally worth it. I love my Mill, I named her Gorgine Scraps. Thank-you so very much!

It’s a great product. Clean, odorless and helps the landfill situation.

Works great. I wish it could be programmed for alternating days.

Customer service is great!
