Prime Buy

My order has been delayed. I've asked multiple times for FedEx tracking number without any success. My order number is PB101921P02.

ORDER ARE DELAY, ALSO NO AGGRESSIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR TEAM

We still have not received our ice cream machine and we were promised delivery by July 18th. It is now August 10th!!

My order was supposed to ship as the rep told me all the parts were in stock. The day after the agreed ship date, i received an email stating my order could not be completed in full and the parts were on backorder. Then later that day, the full order came in with no communication from Prime Buy.
