Absolutely Impossible to get in touch with company via phone or text. Why the encouragement to text to a non-wireless number? That's a joke, right? Unacceptable. Ridiculous. Will never shop through Prime Buy again.

horrible communication. it would be nice to speak with people i can understand and for them to understand me as well. definitely very open minded but I am purchasing in the states and really need that communication.

Every pressure switch we bought is junk. Not happy at all

do not answer phones. Force you to buy it and then they say they don't accept resale. Worst part is no apologies for not answering the phone, just excuses. dont call back you just wait for email. Off my list
