Parts looks good, packaging not so good. Box fell apart, nothing inside to secure contents.

Product received after 2 weeks from order. No tracking number or progress update from the support team. Support through chat only and only available for very few days a day. That said, the price was fantastic and the expected product arrived in brand new condition. If you're willing to wait longer for a good price and compromise on support quality, that's the way to go.

I appreciated the periodic personal status emails concerning the backordered item. The Mfg was very slow but you guys gave me confidence that the order would be completed.
