I was billed for sales tax even though I submitted my tax exempt certificate when I placed the order. I called and customer service found the certificate and sent it to finance and I received the credit.

I purchased the Tatung Tatung IPC tester. I have only gotten to use it on an analog system and it worked as expected, very EZ to use. The transaction was effortless and the tester arrived in a timely manner being December and all.
